Old State Farms ages their finest grade A Dark Robust flavored pure maple syrup for 7 months in Rum barrels imported from Jamaica’s Appleton Estates. Mellow, yet sophisticated.
During the spring syrup harvest we are constantly tasting our fresh syrup to see if it has a specific flavor profile that is well suited for barrel aging (we are looking for notes of caramel). We use only 15 and 25 gallon barrels to achieve the most complex and robust infusion possible.
Tasting notes: Notes of caramel & cinnamon, subtle yet sophisticated rum flavor in the finish.

Old State Farms artisan maple syrup comes from wild grown hard maple trees in the Appalachian mountains. These trees grow on steep slopes in glacial soil. The trees are fed by spring rain and abundant summer sunshine. Their syrup is harvested and bottled on-site in the family’s “sugarhouse”. All of their syrups are handcrafted with care, sustainable, and non-GMO.

We do not control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
