W/R/F is run by Nobuhito Nishigawara in Southern California. The namesake extends from Nishigawara’s Japanese heritage. Born in Nagoya, Japan, his family name of Nishigawara translates to West River Field. The functional, casual pottery line fuses the artistry of traditional Japanese ceramic dinnerware with a clean and simple aesthetic. Every single object is produced in the W/R/F studio and is one-of-a-kind.

Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting specifications. Before shipping your items will be carefully inspected and secured. Prior to shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've purchased. Today, the majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
We do not control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
