We work hard to be an environmentally friendly business. We use only green energy in our production process and we rework leftover fabric into linen tote bags. We aim to further reduce our carbon footprint and achieve a zero-waste target for newly manufactured products. We are also offering our customers a complementary linen shopping bag if they choose plastic-free wrapping for their products.

Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting specifications. Before shipping your items will be carefully inspected and secured. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. Our determination to be the biggest online retailer around the globe is evident by this. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.

Returns
We do not control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
