Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting specifications. Before shipping your items will be carefully inspected and secured. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. Our determination to be the biggest online retailer around the globe is evident by this. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.

Note: Orders that contain more than one product are assigned a specific processing time, dependent on the particular product.

Prior to shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've purchased. Today, the majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.

Returns

We do not control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you've placed your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.

The item should not be used and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
