The idea for budgiegoods began with the firm conviction that it was time to bring needlework into the 21st century! Way back in 2011, I set out to create modern, simple needlework kits that would encourage people who had never stitched before to pick up a needle and floss and create something beautiful. Today, budgiegoods offers a series of embroidery and cross stitch kits created in collaboration with two of my very favorite artists (and fellow Portlanders), the amazing Lisa Congdon and Lori Roberts. Though their work is very different, both have a thoughtful style heavily influenced by the natural world and their own unique perspectives. Whether you’re an experienced stitcher or just getting started, budgiegoods has something for you. These kits make my heart sing — and I think you’re going to love them too!
Quick Shipping and Professional Packaging
Due to our longstanding partnership with UPS FedEx DHL, and other major global carriers, we can provide a range of shipping options. Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting specifications. Before shipping your items will be carefully inspected and secured. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. Our determination to be the biggest online retailer around the globe is evident by this. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.
Note: Orders that contain more than one product are assigned a specific processing time, dependent on the particular product.
Prior to shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've purchased. Today, the majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
We do not control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
